Broccoli and Cheese Twice Baked Potatoes

Made this recipe a while back for a Saturday lunch and never got around to posting it. It was very easy to make and tasted great! They were still great as leftovers and I was also able to freeze some that we ate a few weeks later.

I took a picture of the ones I made but 1. I lost it and 2. It was not this fancy.
