Catalina Chicken and Spuds

My absolute favorite chicken recipe EVER and some delicious potatoes I made-up myself!

<<1 cup catalina dressing >><<1 cup apricot preserves>><<1 packet onion soup mix>>

Combine all ingredients in a greased 9 by 13, mix together well. Add chicken breasts (thawed or frozen) and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 for an hour.

<<Potatoes>><<1/2 stick of butter>><<italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste>>

Cut up potatoes sprinkle with seasoning and add butter. Bake at 350 for an hour. Mix halfway through cook time.

I frequently make these dishes together because they cook at the same temperature for the same amount of time!

Ooohh! I haven't made Catalina Chicken for a long time. Need to put that on my list. Looks yummy!

We've been making the same potato recipe with sweet potatoes and it is delicious! Dad doesn't usually like sweet potatoes, but baked this way, he does!
